Level 3 is officially for picnics now and we are ready! We are over the moon to create a gorgeous experience for you and your bubble.

We are a Social Distanced,
click & collect Business

Your luxury picnic will be completely set up, in the location of your choice, awaiting your arrival. After creating your picture perfect picnic, we linger on site but remain socially distant on your arrival. Give us a ring, we will wave, welcome you, and talk through any questions you may have.

Limited Group Size and Location Offerings

At this time all picnic locations will be in the great outdoors. We will happily discuss your future desires of a luxury picnic soiree with more guests and gorgeous indoor location styling, but like many plans at the moment, we can't make good on those beautiful dreams until there is a change in alert levels.

New Requirements for Private Locations

Our offerings of private picnics at your home have changed; we can only set up in your garden if we have external access. Basically, we must remain outdoors and need to access your yard without entering your home as per the current Level 3.

What's Included in the Set Up?

We provide hand crafted macrocarpa tables, fashioned with complete table settings, adorned with fresh flowers, and surrounded by pillows to perch on. Chilled sparkling water, an ice bucket, and a bluetooth speaker complete the set-up ambience.

What if I don't have a suitable Garden or Event Space?

No worries! We partner with exclusive private gardens and other venues available for hire. Auckland has so many idyllic public spaces we've scouted heaps of special lawns and locations for you. Please specify on the form what type of location you’d like and we’ll  discuss your options when we speak.

Are drinks included? what about alcohol?

We provide chilled Antipodes water.
We don't provide alcohol for any of our picnic experiences but we always provide glassware to accommodate your plans if you choose to make your own arrangements. We work with fantastic vendors that can cater an entire bar with bespoke menus. We will happily discuss options during our consultation.

What is your weather cancellation policy?

If the forecast predicts a 50% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, then we provide an opportunity to reschedule the picnic. (with 72 hours notice - the catering cut off) We recommend a plan B sheltered option. If it is forecast to rain, you may move your picnic to an indoor location and a decision about relocating must be made no less than 48hrs in advance. Under no circumstances will our picnic equipment be set up in the rain or on wet, muddy grounds.

Do you charge a security deposit?

We will include a security deposit on your final invoice before the event, the amount of which will be determined by your specificities. During your event you will be responsible for the set-up contents in its entirety and you will be fully refunded when we collect the items barring no damage has been done. This includes wine stains and spills and lost or broken items.

can we stay a little longer or leave early?

We can only arrange a longer picnic in advance, during your booking process and an additional fee will apply. If you are finished with your picnic earlier, please provide us a 30 minute lead time via text so we can arrive back at the picnic site for breakdown. You are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive.

Is my save the date deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but if you need to cancel (well in advance of our 72-hour catering cut off) we will work with you to reschedule.

Do you have a DIY Option?

We do not offer a DIY option at this time.
